INGENIEROS DACHARY Y CAMARA, S.L, hereinafter INDYCA INGENIERÍA, reckons that bribery and corruption are detrimental to the legal interests of the company. We are proud to have a reputation for acting honestly, fairly and ethically, wherever we do business.

We are committed to a corporate culture of commitment to integrity. Therefore, INDYCA INGENIERÍA has a zero tolerance policy regarding bribery and corruption. We assume and respect all legislation related to preventing bribery and corruption.

INDYCA INGENIERÍA is committed to the following anti-bribery and anti-corruption principles:

1. Do not carry out bribes or tolerate the offer of bribes on our behalf to obtain a commercial advantage.
2. Do not accept bribes or agree to have them accepted on our behalf in order to influence the business.

4. Establish our processes to avoid direct or indirect bribery.
5. Maintain clear and up-to-date records.
6. Ensure that everyone in our company and our business partners knows our principles.
7. Regularly review and update our anti-bribery and anti-corruption program and processes as appropriate.

Our anti-bribery policy meet legal standards which we enforce as part of our ongoing commitment to implement appropriate procedures to prevent unlawful practices.
